Pulsarix provides market-analysis and charting tools for informational and educational purposes.

Important. Pulsarix is a software tool. The data, charts, analysis, and any other information it provides are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading the financial markets carries substantial risk, including the possible loss of your capital. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or overload the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute data or content except as the Service expressly allows;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Market data
Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, and content (excluding your own content) — is owned by Pulsarix and protected by applicable law. You retain rights to the content you create and grant us the rights needed to store and display it to you as part of the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsarix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We will revise the “Last updated” date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pulsarix operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
