Pulsarix (“we”, “us”) operates the Pulsarix application and the website at pulsarix.net (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account information (via Google Sign-In). When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We use Google only to authenticate you and never receive your Google password.
- Profile information you provide. At sign-up you may provide your phone number, country, time zone, trading experience, and how you heard about us.
- Content you create. Charts, workspaces, drawings, settings, and notes you create are stored and linked to your account.
- Technical information. A session cookie keeps you signed in, and our hosting provider may process standard request metadata (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the Service.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in
- To save and restore your workspaces, settings, and content
- To respond to your requests and communicate about the Service
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary cookie (tickview_session)
to maintain your authenticated session. It is HttpOnly and Secure.
Without it you cannot stay signed in. We do not use advertising or
third-party tracking cookies.
Third-party services
- Google — authentication (Google Sign-In), subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security, subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain your account and content while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).
Security
We protect your session with HttpOnly/Secure cookies, server-side sessions, and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
